As part of Graffito’s work with the Twining / Normandy team on their Central Square assets in 2014 and 2015, ownership determined that 505 Mass Ave would not be part of the larger development and thus needed immediate repurposing. Working with the development team, Graffito was able to identify 50% of the then broken-up ground-floor for releasing. Little Donkey, owned and operated by award-winning chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer, opened to national acclaim in 2016.
