BLDG 89 is located in the heart of Allston Village along a busy strip of Brighton Avenue with close proximity to Boston University and adjacent to existing retail and residential density. The building will house 129 residential units over 7,400 SF of retail, all easily accessible by the nearby T (Green Line), bus, and city bike lanes. Graffito has been on this project team since the pre-development phase and is currently leasing retail space for 2021 occupancy.
