Graffito was engaged by CIC (f/k/a The Cambridge Innovation Center) to assist in the development, design and programming of what is now known as District Hall in Boston’s Seaport District. Graffito worked with CIC, the City of Boston, and the Master Developer of Seaport Square on the transaction that awarded the project to CIC and thereafter on the RFP for the food + beverage operator for the building. District Hall has existed (and thrived) in the Seaport since well before today’s commercial density and remains a fixture in Boston’s innovation community.
