Home to well-known companies such as Trip Advisor and Shark Ninja and within the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce’s N-Squared Innovation District, Needham Crossing is a large-scale office park in the suburbs of Boston. Graffito conducted a study of this multi-owner office development to provide strategic guidance on ground-floor activation strategies and urban design improvements to better position the site to potential innovation economy companies looking to recruit and retain younger, urban-centric workers.
