Situated in the center of Malden, the site is adjacent to the third-most trafficked Orange Line MBTA station. The Project will reconnect Pleasant and Commercial Streets while relocating City Hall and adding 320 residential units. This crucial connection will re-invigorate Malden Center’s retail landscape. Soon more vibrant, active retail will stretch from the eastern end of Pleasant Street through the site and all the way to the T.
