CX occupies 43 acres at the crossroads of Somerville, Boston, and Cambridge, MA. Now in its first phase of development, over 1.3M SF of office/lab leasing is complete in additional to the successful leasing of the project’s first two food and beverage outposts. In addition to retail leasing, Graffito has been on the CX master planning team since 2015, advising on public realm activation and ground-floor strategy, which has resulted in recent initiatives such as CX Summer Nights and The Musical Fence: Reprise.
