PROJECT OVERVIEW

BasePlus is a custom-built application developed by Graffito to modernize the way percentage rent is tracked and managed across commercial real estate portfolios. Designed with both landlords and tenants in mind, the platform automates sales reporting, rent calculation, and payment processing—offering a transparent, streamlined alternative to outdated manual systems. As a new venture, BasePlus required a strong brand foundation to communicate its value and credibility from day one.

THE ASSIGNMENT

The Graffito team was tasked with developing the brand identity for BasePlus from the ground up. This included naming the product, crafting its visual identity, and designing and launching a marketing website. The goal was to create a brand that felt modern, trustworthy, and intuitive—reflecting the platform’s ability to bring clarity and efficiency to a complex administrative process.
