Graffito has been working with MIT’s Investment Management Company since 2010, advising on ground floor planning and retail leasing. Strategy assignments have included large-scale efforts such as the Kendall Square Initiative and more granular one-off initiatives such as a recent winter pop-up project at One Broadway. Leasing assignments have ranged from relocation efforts (Cambridge Trust, Fidelity, Kendall Flower Shop, Dunkin Donuts), to new projects at One Broadway (Roche Brothers, Shy Bird) and 610 Mass Ave (Sulmona, Café Luna, Boston Burger, and Revela Salon), to more targeted projects like 297 Mass Ave (Naco Taco).
