Located in the heart of Quincy Center, Center & Stone is the redevelopment of the historic Masonic Temple at 1170 Hancock Street and the adjacent block at 1200 Hancock Street. The project contains 11,340 SF of retail/restaurant space and 201 new residential units.   

The location is immediately across the street from the Quincy Center MBTA station and will be delivered in Summer 2023.
