Friends & Family

crema storefrontGSP’s core focus for the past few years has been and will continue to be providing services to landowners in mixed-use urban environments. We haven’t chosen this path by happenstance and it has come with some experimenting in other disciplines. In 2011 we tested the waters doing some work for tenants and learned a lot from the process (See my related post from March 2011: http://www.cityretail.com/the-other-side-ii/).  It was a successful experiment but for various reasons it pushed our focus further towards our roots of working on the Landlord side.  But, alas, there are occasional exceptions: (1) friends and (2) family.  2015 brings two such exceptions:

(1) We are working with our pals at Lovin’ Spoonfuls to help them identify a new home.  Do you know Lovin’ Spoonfuls?  You should. They are a food rescue and do special and important work.  And they need a new office.  Requirements are here: Lovin Spoonfuls _ HQ Requirements _ Jan 15 || http://www.lovinspoonfulsinc.org/

(2) Crema Cafe. This one is family.  Liza (my sister) and Marley (my dear friend) own and operate Crema.  After seven years of tremendous success in Harvard Square they are ready for number two. GSP is going to help them make it happen. Requirements here: Crema _ Cafe Commissary _ Lease or Purchase _ Jan 15 || http://www.cremacambridge.com/

Oh, and then there’s Steinbones… but that’s another story for another time. http://steinbones.com/
