At the beginning of this year, we launched our Neighborhood Investments + Partnerships practice with the goal of intentionally translating our neighborhood-based retail approach into select opportunities to directly partner on joint ventures with developers and institutions on longer-term real estate plays.

Tania and Melissa had an opportunity to attend the Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Conference on July, 29th powered by the Avant-Garde Network in NYC. This was the largest conference of its kind with over 500+ attendees.
